Platform Terms and Conditions of Use rsm3

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases have the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "RSM3" or "Platform" refers to the official rsm3 website accessible at rsm3.app, including the official rsm3 mobile app for Android and iOS.
• "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered an account with rsm3 and is using the services provided.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered profile owned by each rsm3 member.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds or credits available in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or other incentives offered by rsm3 to its members.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed or account limits are raised.
• "Valid Bet" refers to any bets or games played using a real money balance (not bonus balance alone) on the rsm3 platform.

Any reference to "you" or "user" in this document refers to a registered member or visitor of the rsm3 platform. rsm3 reserves the right to update these definitions from time to time without prior notice.

2. User Eligibility

To use the rsm3 platform and register as a member, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be an individual registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or corporate entity.
• You are not currently declared bankrupt or subject to any legal proceedings that prevent you from conducting financial transactions.
• You are not located in a region or country where the use of online gambling platforms is prohibited under applicable local laws.
• You have not previously been banned from using the RSM3 platform due to a terms violation or fraud.

3. Account Registration

The rsm3 account registration process is designed to be as simple and quick as possible. However, there are several important rules that must be followed during and after registration:

• One Account Only: Each player is only allowed to hold one (1) registered accounts at rsm3. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Rsm3 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia to facilitate deposit and withdrawal transactions for all members. All financial transactions are processed through a secure 256-bit SSL encryption system.

Deposit: The minimum deposit at RSM3 is RM10 for most payment methods. Deposits are processed automatically and your account balance will be credited within minutes after the transaction is successfully confirmed by the payment system.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• The results of all games on rsm3 are final and non-disputable unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that directly affected the game outcome.
• In the event of a technical disruption or internet connectivity issue during gameplay, rsm3 will use server records to determine the actual outcome of the game in question.
• Rsm3 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent body to ensure all games are fair and unbiased.
• Players found using third-party software, automated bots, or any unauthorized method to gain an unfair advantage will be immediately removed from the platform.

7. Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the RSM3 platform and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:

• Hacking, unauthorized attempts to breach the system, or manipulation of any part of the rsm3 platform.
• Money laundering or the use of illegally obtained funds to make deposits.
• Player collusion to gain an unfair advantage in table games or poker.
• Sharing inflammatory, obscene, or offensive content on any rsm3 communication platform.
• Filing false or unsubstantiated chargeback claims against legitimate transactions on rsm3.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Rsm3 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or information that cannot be verified.
• Suspicious or potentially illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• Death of the account holder (in which case, specific procedures will be followed for managing the remaining balance).

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the rsm3 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining balance (after fulfilling all applicable conditions) will be returned via the original payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rsm3's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member within the 90 days prior to the claim being filed.
